this is ori file from this car. I download file with mpps v13.

The only problem with the car is sometimes when I return the acceleration pedal and the engine dies

Why You decrease DOI and SOI?
Should be the opposite.
But for 60 mg fuel You dont need to touch DOI and SOI as they scaled to 60 mg.
TL and SL by MAF are good. SL by MAP - dont need to touch it because this file uses fueling by MAF.
EGR is closed properly. Lounch control looks good also.
Requested boost is too high for 60 mg fuel.

Try my suggestion for 60 mg fuel:

WinOLS (VW Passat (for fantamaniaka) - 366929).zip

You can go for 70mg if want. If so let me know. I'll help You.

Your tune has 3 codeblocks edited but different maps on each codeblock, may want to fix it ;)

WinOLS (VW Passat - (for fantamaniaka) - 366929).zip

I corrected only the two code blocks since hardly 130 hp version uses the third code block. My son has the same car with the same software and it uses code block 2. That's why in the first version of the file I modified only code block 2, thinking that the fantamaniak will guess.
