Hello,

I have converted my VW lupo 3l to manual transmission, so I had do change my SW for it to start. It is built based of the 1.4tdi 75hp SW, maps from the 1.2tdi and it's modded a tiny bit. And the darn thing moves fast.
But I have some problems with it... the average consumption is off by 0.7-0.8l/100km, and that thing bugs me very much. Sometimes it is pretty smokey, only when I accelerate a bit, not a lot but you can see it.
The worst thing is that it enters in limp mode when I half press the accelerator pedal and it goes past 3000rpm, the turbo dies, every thing is ok after an restart. If I floor it or go very slow it's all ok.

1) You can go with more fuel in torque limiter but only from 2250 rpm, you made 41 mg full torque map, why? Too much fuel in lower rpm can make boost creep (uncontrolled overboost) well limp mode for a too big turbo deviation
2) SVBL turbo 2620? Are you sure ? With stock turbo you will damage turbo quickly.
3) I`m scarried of your boost request with turbo from lupo.
4) Smoke limiter looks ok , keep 50 mg on last column, keep 50 mg on torque from 2250 rpm to 4000 and boost its enoug to have 2300 mbar, dont need more air for that fueling, and maybe you can add some little degrees to duration maps.
5) You didnt touch SOI maps, push 2-3 degrees between 2000 and 4000 rpm.

Thanks, I have made all the changes you suggested. I goes pretty ok now. I'm working on making the old 1.2 Sw work with this manual configuration, and after comes a turbo and injector upgrade :)

Why I made the torque limiter 41 all along? Because the clutch started slipping and had to wait for the new clutch to arrive. :D
