yape, mpps is designed as a ecu program tool but can not diagnose cars
and it is totally different with elm327 (only scan function)

Maybe your computer is not matched with your MPPS software. Or your com port is not set successfully.

Mpps cable connects ecu tool with your PC,not a diagnostic cable.
ELM327 is a code scanner, why you can diagnose.

Changing another PC to install the software.
Pay attention to the port setting part in the PC driver after software installation.
