There are multiple codeblocks on this file, each one corresponding to an engine/transmission type - Z19DTH, Z19DT, manual/auto etc. Depending on the EEPROM parameters, one of the codeblocks is used. By using BDM, you'll read all the blocks and for example, by using mpps, you'll read the specific codeblock used currently by the engine.
By looking at TLs, you'll need to modify the last 2 codeblocks (from 1879CA and 1906B6).
You don't have to increase boost that much in 52-64 range; the AFR is high enough by factory. Also, with 2500mbar you could burn 70mg of diesel with 17 afr.
IMO it's too aggressive to raise boost by 12% at 4500rpm.
You extrapolated duration from 80 to 100mm^3 by increasing values by 14.5-16%, where you have 25% more fuel.
Bad NM2IQ extrapolation, same explanation as above.
IQ f.fuel temp should stay stock. Like any other IQ limiters, I will stay away to increase values at dangerous points (for example raising iq at 80 degress fuel temp, or 90 degrees boost air temp).
Pretty steep TLs, should be fine i guess, but you're requesting in the end 76mg at 4500 rpm, and 2430 mbar of boost (that's around 220hp btw). I hope there are some IQ limiters so you don't reach those values, otherwise your turbo will die soon.
+283mbar of boost @2000rpm also bad idea.
You need to find SVRPL to raise rail pressure up to 1648 Bar.
Why did you delete the Limp Mode Torque Limiter?
From what I know, Z19DT and Z19DTH are using the same turbo, GT1749V, but I don't think you should go over 1.3Bar relative @ 4000rpm. The reason behind why you can't reach a stage 1 Z19DTH power levels with a DT, is because your engine has 8 valves and probably smaller injectors. I'm curious if someone knows the exact differences between those 2 engines.
