Bricked Siemens SID 801A by OBD

Postby elisxnasa » Sun Oct 16, 2022 12:03 am

Hi! I've been stuck trying to solve a problem for days. I flashed a SID 801A via mpps v18 and in my rush I forgot to correct the checksum of the file and now the car isn't starting. Mpps can't write back ori file in any mode. After endless tries I opened the ecu and I managed to connect to it via KTAG in boot mode. When I read the backup it gives me an "ecu not identified" error and then after selecting the right ecu it starts reading. The file it gives me is small 156 kb file and the ori is a 512 kb file. The car is a Peugeot Partner 2.0 HDI 2005. Please, can someone help me?
(Ps: English is not my native language)
