Vaux Zafira 1.9 cdti 150 bhp DPF removal fault.

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on the following issue. I brought a vauxhall zafira 1.9cdti 150bhp 2011, it's had the dpf deleted, physically in the exhaust and no fault code in the ecu so I can only assume it's been coded out. The issue I have is the car will hold back on full acceleration, almost like it's pulsing full boost, I get fault code p2279-5b in ecu, stating boost leak.
The boost circuit is leaktight, vacuum, turbo and boost solenoid are all good, it's like the ecu is getting a signal of too much air flow via air mass sensor and momentary dropping boost.
The DPF has been removed and the saturation level is always 184% but no fault code and it will not try or do a manual regen.
Could the 184% saturation level of DPF but the air flow being less restricted by a DPF removal cause the boost leak fault?

you have a leak in the intake system ... you have to search in all places ...vacum pipes intake manifold throttle body ..there must be somewhere small leak ...
