Hi I bought an golf 4 1.9 tdi and I can't read the ecu, I tryed also with vcds and I cannot enter on engine module. What can be the problem? And how to read it directly?
The ecu is 038906019ar

if you even cant connect via vcds then you have a problem with the ecu

i think was made immo off on this ecu, can be this a problem? maybe checksums? and how to read in this case?

with what tool did you do the immo off? it may have messed up the ecu
