Peugeot 406 Hdi 110 RHZ

Postby user202 » Wed Aug 22, 2018 11:14 am

Hi, please rate my tune :)

I made this for my friend's father.
He wants some good effect via Chiptuning on a 406 Hdi 110.

Previously the program has +rail pressures and changed Inj. Duration about 20% higher.
I try to fix this remap with make a better smoke map and make the duration & rail maps to stock.
After I made the limiters and the turbo maps up to 1,2 Bar. SVBL not changed.
(Lexia shows 2200mbar in a runtest :) and also the required fuel quantity)
and I would like to reach around 130 Hp in peak. (+-5HP)

I use it for an AFR calculator in excel and the calculated performance is around 127-133 Hp
Could it be realistic? (I know about the engine conditions are vary the most of the output)

Please leave comment if I am doing it good or something wrong.
I would like to learn how could I do it perfectly. :)

My equipments for tuning:
- Galletto D1260
- Lexia Fullchip PP2000

I will look over it, I also have a 2.0 Hdi and I used 1.7 bar on it and works like charm.

If I am right the boost map is represented in mm3/stk not in mg/stk and if is like that u go with afr 23.U can go to a better afr.If I am not right u can still go to more then 19.5.And u passed the SVBL
At driver's wish, explain a little bit what have u done.
For rail map,I personally not agreed to change values at 4000 + rpm

So what do you mean about this setup? :)

How much fuel and how could you give the engine for 1,7 Bar Boost? How much you AFR?
Do you use Rail pressure maps?
What kind of MAP sensor do you use for it? The standard map sensor measuring about 2,5 Bar

Thank you very much. :)
