E46 320td Compact with GT2260V from E60

Hi guys.
I've changed the turbo of my E46 320td Compact 150hp with one from the E60 3.0D 231hp which is GT2260V. After a huge strugle, removing the A/C Compressor and modifiyng the engine mount, oil pipes for the turbo, intake pipes and so on, i've started the car.
Tried to drive it with the previous remap i've had with the gt1749v and it was a disaster! No turbo spool at all! Uploaded the ORI file from the car - exactly the same result! Turbo spools at 4000RPM with just 0.08bar which is not a spool at all.
Does anyone tried this modification before and how the fuel maps and N75 should be modified?
I've seen such mods with 260 hp on the dyno but mine is not more than 45hp at the moment :O

hi, best is copy n75 map from some bmw, which have same turbo. bmw car have very weak maf sensor 720kg/h, you need concentrate for this fact.

I have already tried to copy the n75 maps from the E60 3.0d 218hp but still very very laggy...kicks in at about 3300rpm

did you log actual boost and maf?

i´ve done a few units with that setup, and they are full boosting about 1.9 bar.

Problem was with the turbo actuator. Calibrated it, now the car runs fine.
Did 225hp on the Dyno.
