Please help me to find the 24 pints. mpps v16 I am useful

You probably do not have a rewritable flash, at the bottom left two pieces. Solder and read on the programmer.

Right. Need desoldering both PLCC32... put the both files correct together, remap and after split again, write again (new plcc32 needen) and solder sockets... fit in and let run.
