I can recommend KTAG - only minus is have to take off every ecu, but there is a big plus - no fear to brick or damage ecu.

I just bought FG Tech galetto from Chinese.

For learning, I need some info like , the files read by this tool are for Master or slave?
can this files be recognised by remapping software? are the decrypted etc, please

All calibrations are in the 32KB section. You dont need both the master and slave MCU dumps for this.. only the calibration section.
