Hi Göran (sweden?)

Drivers wish: keep it original, exept 100% (use your row from your tuned file, its ok)
Torque limiter: Very safe, I would have it higher up to 4000 RPM and then decline from there.
IQ by MAF = untouched = still at default max = 60mg, so no matter how much more you want (66mg) you only get 60mg max (fuel cut)
EGR = off, super
Smoke limiter = if it was not your IQ by MAF and Duration maps who was limiting the car, you would see smoke at WOT ! I doubt you have calculate AFR for your 1050mg mass air column.
Injector duration maps = untouched = max durations possible is 60 mg then (the 2nd limiter for your tune)
N75 map = if you fix the IQ by MAF and duration maps to give more than 60 mg, I would advice you to close the last row in the N75 a bit (e.g 2% more to ensure you do not overstress the turbo at start atleast, then datalog it with VAG-COM/VCDS boost: specified vs actual, and adjust the last row from there)
Start of injection maps (all temperature range's) = standard = not nessesary to play with, if you keep it at 60 mg or less
Boost target map = standard setup but raised values -> could work, I would however not have that much air at 35-50 mg(remember fuel is actually cooling the internals where air is isolating, driving too lean will give extra stress to the engine), and I would have a 60 mg row instead (you could go with 2500mg boost at the 60 mg column to start with)
I guess your car is around 145-150 hp, with the existing file. This engine can easily do 165 hp (got the AVF myself)

Thanks for your reply
my name is Elias / from Austria :D

Goran is the name of a friend of mine, he s the car owner but he´s from Bosnia :D

Can you tell me where IQ by Maf is ? cause in my mind smoke is IQ by MAF.

maybe you can give me an advise on how to tune duration and soi cause i´am not shure about that.

as i know a diesel engine will burn at lower egt if it is lean, cause it run very lean with standart values.

Yes i will play with n75 after first logs cause i am not shure about this.

greetings from Austria :D

Search in Google for the pdf file "so you want to get into mapping cars". This guide will answer a lot of your questions.

I work on this file a little more and write it on the car,

it runs great now.
IQ is 66mg in VCDS but i have made no changes on duration (29*KW in vcds now ) or soi
