VW diagnostics vcd lite

Hello all, I'm told that the kkl cable is for pre 2004 models? Is this correct?
Would I be better of using a genuine elm 327? For 2006 tdi or can I use the old kkl setup?

Use HEX-CAN cable with SW VCDS no ELM.

KKL Should be ok on 2006, but CAN is faster !

Don't forget to check the "Turbo" Button if datalogging_-' ;)
