Vectra 1.9 CDTI weak on AC

1.9 120HP
Hi when my friend enable AC - Air Conditioning at low rpm 1000-1500 car is wery weak.

In Poland now is very hot.

normal and moddem maps(@150) - and the same problem, car almost dont increse rpm from 1000.

I looked on N75 maps and there is on low rpm and IQ 75% max.

I think to change it to 80% at 1000 and 1250 rpm.

What do You think about this mod ? Anybody changed it more than 75% (its max on whole map) ?

Or its something else ? I looked on logs and dont find nothing interesting. Egr is clean, turbo after regen year ago

I think there is a map to richen the fuel when the AC is connected. You can search in the damos.
Anyway, may be you have your AC compressor seized?
Or your AC system needs recharging.

i havent good damos for edc16c9

i made my own, but i havent discovered AC maps.

But car back to power - EGR was full of black shit...

EGR probably was filled up with soot after 2-times driving with DPF full > 100% :) ecu said even 115% ;p
( on soft with dpf @regen off)

My Vectra C (150HP) was weak also when AC is turned on. After little tune now its okey. :thumbup:

I have also a Vectra but with stock 150HP, and I also experienced that slow RPM increasing. I belive that is caused by the EGR in general (EGR was cleaned recently) because the EGR provides so much exhaust gas into the manifold during at idle speed. I just played around with the OPCOM EGR test function and I noticed that the engine can spin up much faster when the EGR valve is closed (exhaust gas disabled). Maybe the best would be to blank, and disable the EGR at all.
