use tuned file on other cars

hello guys,is there any way to use the tuned file on other cars with same model?
do i have to change the VIN number?
how and with what software i have to change that?
the car is Peugeot 206

Hi mate,
for sure can't use a sw from one car to another.
But if you have original file and a tuned file with same sw. nr,you can coppy and paste maps values.Of course must to be carefull on single values and made checksum.Can use winols.
can find Pug's in USA?????? :mrgreen:

hahaha.. i'm not from USA,i just put it by mistake :D
what is the best and easiest tool for that?
i think the winols is a little confusing tool to that :crazy:

winols is very powerful tool if you know how to use it

AFAIK, the maps will also contain the VIN number of the vehicle.
If you blindly flash one car's tuned file on to another car, there might be a mismatch between the immo code of the car and ecu data. car might not start. But some older cars with no immo might start.
