Hello guys
I got a citroen c5 2.0 hdi 2002.

I just want to know with tools i need to read my file on my car and add a new file.

Hi,
If the ecu is a Bosch edc15c2, you can use galletto, cmd, kess, kwp2000 etc...
There is a lot of device to read you ecu !
