still gettting p2002 code mercedes ml320 cdi

me and a buddy tuned out the egr on his truck using ecm titanium first try. but then we got all cocky and hollowed my dpf and started trying to tune them out of my 2007 ml320 cdi. the egr delete appears to be working even though i havnt plated it to be sure. but the dpf keeps throwing code p2002 particle system below threshold bank 1. I think i might be in over my head. is there something were missing or can anyone help?
