Saab 9-3 TTiD 2008 Automatic DPF problem?

Postby DionHPTuning » Mon Apr 10, 2017 3:42 pm

Hi there!

I'm in to tuning Saab for some years now, as we have all map locations for the EDC16C9 and C39 as far the 120 hp and 150 hp diesels go there is no problem in tuning. But ive bought myself a TTiD which was already tuned by a famous Saab tuning company, Hirsch.
As it is programmed to give 200 hp and 400 nm on my car it drives fine... but i already did some fine tuning for it, but since i can't get to some of the IQ limiters and EGR values it has to take some time to tune it further.

But first my problem. I want to disable the EGR (via hysterisis which i cant find ATM) and DPF or locate the problem of the last.
The car keeps regenerating every 60 or 70 km or so. The differential pressure is rather low and also soot levels are low, never seen higher then 42%. I don't know were to start searching for faults, i also did a manual regeneration.

So i want it to be programmed out same with the EGR. Can somebody here point me in the right direction?
