Problem MPPS V13

Hallo all when i try to read my file on my Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI EDC16C3 K-Line it say : sub function not supported or invalid format and comes up whit this look pictuere, whats seams to be the problem?

you try desinstall run CCleaner and install again...
