Injectors correction flow issue

Hi
hope someone may help me,

I have a misterious injector correction flow on inject. 1 and 2.
Inject 1 showing about 1.60
Inject 2 showing -5mg..

I change those two but still got about same value.

What could make the engine over corrected the injectors?

uneven compression, clogged intake, bad connectors/wiring
