The WOT-LOGIX unit (Wide Open Throttle –Logix) has two great features and gives you two major advantages.
This unit enables your standard manual transmission car to have launch control, whenever you need it. Monitors the RPM and does a modulated ignition cut to hold the RPM you want to launch at. The turbo will spool up while you do this. You can use this feature for a more consistent and more powerful launch in boost!
It also has a flat foot shifting feature, this allows you to keep your foot flat on the accelerator while changing gears, this allows for quick gear change without losing RPM also giving you the exact nice sound of DSG like on the VW GTI’s / AUDI’s, As well as the A45 AMG, The ignition cut allows the sy
nchros in your transmission to mesh easily, reducing the chance of missing a gear and damaging your transmission. Keeping your foot down through the shift also allows you to hold boost through the shift, thereby significantly improving your ¼ mile time !
The unit also has an automatic ESP / Traction control disable when in launch mode, and then re enables ESP / Traction control after the first gear shift.
It also has a NOS output signal to trigger your NOS system at a given RPM (OPTIONAL)
It also has a shift light LED output which can be used. (OPTIONAL)
It also prevents over revving your engine if you have slipped a gear.
