First tune - IBIZA FR 1.9 TDI BLT

Postby xFi » Tue Jan 10, 2017 4:42 pm

Hi guys, while my MPPS clone doest arrive I started playing with VAGEDC Suite to get some plactise and to learn more about remapping.
I'm a newbie and I want to ask you what mistakes I made in this file. The original file is from a BLT engine exacly like mine and the goal of this remap is to get some more power with all stock (oem) components without compromise reability of the engine.

Any critics are welcome

Thank you ;)

Clone talking? About the introduce myself post? I just explained the main reasons why I'm following this forum, in this post I gave a little intro about my tune. I never had the intention of double posting. :)

Ok, I made a few changes in durations to match the IQ. In boost map I didnt make any changes because I dont want my turbo to exceed 1.2 bar (KKK BV39 boost limit is 1.3 bar). As I didnt touch boost map I think I dont need to touch N75 neither.
Do you recomend edit the IQ axis in the boost target map up to 70mg?

edit axis up to 60 or 65mg, and you can Increase +100mbar with safely.

KKK BV39 can safely boost 1.55 bar up until 4000rpm max, unless you have a different BV39?? As far as my knowledge the kkk KP39 was the weaker one which were replace by a better one which is now BV39.
