Most Pd130 is set at 5300 so that's ur first Clue on what value to look for

so knowing its 5300 look for them bytes in ols 03584 05300 00050 the 5300 id you Single Value RPM Limiter some cars are 4900 so if nothing comes on search replace 5300 with 4900

You will Find it Repeated depending on how many Codeblocks u have

Execution only limiting torque limiter will not allow to get the popcorn style. You have to change more values in the software. And above all, to enable multiple maps excluded in the software. I see you're from Wroclaw, so you can speak to me.

I know different kinds of rev limiters, Popcorn is done by SVRL. The only clue that i can give to you is that more difference between rpm, slower the rev limiter is and you can make a kind of popcorn but its never a popcorn

Where can I Locate the SVRL Map on Edc16u31?? I made a limiter on Torque limiter but it is to slow... indifferent or gives 1,5,10 between max IQ and 0.
