Peugeot 206cc 1.6 HDI DPF EGR remove

Hi,

Could anyone help me with the removal of the DPF and EGV from our 206cc 1.6 HDI 110?

I've cleaned out the DPF but still get the 'unblock diesel filter' warning every time I start the car.

Occasionally I also get a limp mode and EGV error code.

I've tried ecusafe to remove the DPF with the file I took from our ECU using MPPS, but the warning still comes on.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direct please?

Hi,

The ECU is EDC 16C34
0281011628
9659342180

I've cleared the EGV error code so not sure what it was and it hasn't come back yet.

The 2mb ecu file is attached.

Any help very much appreciated, money is a bit tight to buy a new DPF right now!
