no, there is also Boost Limiter - RPM vs Air Temp that is actually limiting you and most important in this thread,
address: 66EAA, 76EAA
factor: 0,001000
offset: -1
values: 16bit LOHI
dimension: 10x8

axis: rpm, air temp
unit: bar (boost)

manekin13 wrote:SVBL value is 2300 mBar, the max boost pressure is 2160 mBar so probably I havent to change it, have I?

yes, svbl is set to 1.3bar boost at address: 6A1CE
and for your modification you do not have to lift it up

manekin13 wrote: I didnt tuned SOI map because firstly Im not sure I ve found really SOI map( axis is strange - max RPM is about 2800, values are also maybe in miliseconds?)

no, values are in degrees. rpm goes up to 4500rpm, iq goes to 55mm3/stroke.
axis is not near the map - that means that is on another location than map is.

SOI1: 62816
SOI2: 6AFE2
Pilot: 6B1E2

factor: 0,023438
offset: 0
values: 16bit lohi
axis: IQ and RPM
unit: degrees btdc
dimenion: 16x16

try to find axis by yourself, I gave you 99% of what you asked. 1% is for training :)
look for axis that is 16 values long. Hint it is under those maps.

manekin13 wrote:and secondly I dont have enough knowledge to do this properly( I want to do basic tune).
You re right that I missed rail and rail limiters. I will change it.

Requested rail pressure map: 69848
Rail pressure limiter: 69C70

you are on the good way, also share what you learn,
that way knowledge will get back to you again and also other users will learn.

Yes, I ll report:)
Ps: I found SOI axises I think, IQ axis adress: 61086 or 71086,RPM axis adress: 6104E or 7104E, I will try to extrapolate SOI for higher IQ (releted with calculated EOI).

After remap Citroen has more power, everything is good. There is no smoking, engine works correct. I will see what is the fuel consumption. According to SOI i havent done axis extrapolation on higher IQ because maybe those axises( which are on the beginning of 6xxxx and 7xxxx data) are releted also to other maps for example rail pressure and cant predict the effect of the such change. I ve only slightly advanced SOI on higher IQ( for 1 degree). Thanks for all help, specially to Ecuedit, who has awesome knowledge about tuning.

you are welcome.
Yes, axis are shared: soi + pilot uses same axis and rail its own.

glad to see that there no smoke,
thats the only right way to make a job - smoke free.

increasing rail will lower consluption.
use eoi calculator on our forum to see how eoi changes.

cheers

Hej, I wanna to ask one question. My friend has diagnostic program and we check some parameters during drive. There is happening something strange. Mass air flow is correct according to remap but IQ values are lower than those requested in smoke map. They are nearly the same like those which are requested when mass air flow is reaching 900mg/stroke. They are about 64 mm3/ stroke which is lower then value on every limiter. Maybe this is something like limiter set on maf value 900 mmg/stroke. Do You think remap done on newer software will help? I downloaded ori file for my ecu HW number which is Citroen C5 2.0 HDI HW:0281010808 SW: 368846, maybe it will help?

smoke map is not requsting map.
requesting map is Drivers wish map.

look picture and you will get better view of how that ECU familly works.
Problem is not SW version but tune. Limiters have to be done better.

do you reach 1000mg/stroke of air?
post log and i can help you more.

Yes i reach 1000 mg/stroke on higher revs but unfortunetely i cant post log becouse now I cant do it. IQ should be probably I think at least 68-69mm3/stroke( it is then no limited if maf is 1000) but it is about 64mm3/stroke which value is limited below 900 mg/stroke. So everything is about this 100 mg air.
