thanx for injectors as well :) i am preparing one very big project...on 2.2 HDI engine...

Injector nozzles from 6.0L TRUCK engine very precise calibrated injectors with 8 holes...and same spray angle...
Hyibrid turbo from 2.4 JTDm engine
Solid flywheel - 1.5kg taken off
Intercooler with capacity to handle 350hp and more
Upgraded rail sensor
Upgraded map sensor
6 speed gearbox
Carbon clutch reworked a bit
Large oil to air cooler with huge difusor
Reworked bumper for more airflow
Inlet 70mm
Boost pipes 70mm
Removed all possible crap from engine (fap, cat, strait pipe 70mm, flaps, airdosers, egr, all crap vacuum valves and unneeded pipes from complete fap system)
and some other crap things :)

Project will be finished in 3 weeks
All done except injectors (2-5 days more) and turbo 1-2 weeks.

Gain? That will be surprise.

That's a lot of work to do - and money to invest.. Hope everything goes as planed!

Right now you're injecting 93 mg and charging the engine with 1.4-1.6 bar, right?

work is almost done...most complicated is to calibrate injector up to 1mm3 accurate in comparison to the duration map...

Right now i am injecting - max peak IQ=96mm3, max boost peak is 1.65bar, rail up to 1600bar...
that is old setup, with new it will be totaly different picture :)
