Need Tuned map for my Mondeo 2001 2.0 TDDI 115hp (Not TDCI)

I can't find a map for my Ford Mondeo 2001 2.0 115 TDDI, seems like there are several maps for the TDCI engine, but not the TDDI.
Anybody that can help me out? :?:

Hi,
you have to get your own original map modified. Flashing your ECU with some other map is just wrong. It won't work as it shoud and you can damage / brick your ECU.

So I can't use a file that is done for the same engine? I have heard of many people doing that, but then again I am completly new to this.
Is there a difference in to ECU-programs for the same engine, even if they are produced at the same time?

If I need to get my own map modified, where do I start, is it even possible for a novice guy, to do it himself?
I have WinOLS, but it is completly greek to me, even do I have some basic programming skills from some computer engineering classes, and are a little familiar with hex editing, I don't really know where to begin, and what to change.

Could you point me to where I should start?
I guess you alter the parameters, and set higher values for turbo pressure, fuel and airmix, but how much, and how do I know which parameters that are for different settings in the ECU-file?
I figured out that the ECU is a Delphi, that need to be taken out of the car for reading/programming (still waiting for the programmer), but this will dump the whole ecu, right?

Huh, too many questions for one answer :wtf:
Never use file from other car even with same engine code.

You can have completely same HW and also sometimes same SW version and you will have some bits different...

About how to, please do some reading, step by step.

Yeah I guess it was a lot of questions :?
Thanks for the answer anyway, I will definetly do some reading.

But in your opinion, can a beginner with no experience do this himself, or is it unrealistic?

How long time does it usually take to do a remap when you figure things out?
Is WinOLS the best tool for beginners, or is it a better/simpler tool for the beginner?

There is no easy way, so use WinOLS - best software and do it step by step.
It will take a lot of time and questions before you make it. You will need to learn a lot...

Can you read out maps and program them via OBD on that car type?
When I was searching online, it was stated that the Delphi ECU fitted in the MK3 pre 2003 could not be read out via OBD.
Well I'm new to this, what kind of OBD reader can I use (preferably a not to expensive one)?

This forum is so great
