Mercedes W220 320 cdi remap EDC15C6

Hi guys, just bought recently a w220 , i started to make a remap. I was common with BMW and BMW remapping before, but seems that MB is little bit strange, even with Driver wish maps and converions.
- I pushed boost to ~2450 mbar, it's a GT2359 turbo
- 50 bar from 2800 rpm rail pressure
- +1 timing start of injection to last columns and some degrees to EGR area
- i made some logs, i achieve up to 90 mm3, but still have some overboost and sometimes turbo boost doesnt go more than 2350 mbar..still no idea why, maybe some limiters ?

Guys, any real dyno experience on this ecu EDC15C6 on some engine like 2.2 cdi , 2.7 CDI or 3.2 cdi for SOI/timing advance ?
I saw that mercedes mostly have smaller SOI than other similar cars with similar piston characteristics. I compared mine with BMW 330d and Start of Injection is bigger than mine.
I am curious how much gain or maybe power loose can we update by altering SOI.

Any guy with experience on MB ECDC15c6 ?
What can be the map right before EGR map ? The EGR map is one with 12000 max value and i filled it with 12000 whole map to have EGR off but what is map before EGR ? I saw axes are the same with EGR.
Somple people said is SwirlFlaps map but i tested to fill it with 0 and flaps are still active. Swirl flaps map is another map and i dont intend to block the for the moment, they are good.
I tried to fill with 0 that map and i got sometimes MAF hotfilm sensor error. What can be that map ? I saw some tuners fill it with 0 when fill EGR with 12000.
