Hello! How sure are you about this? Have you tried any remap yet? I'm starting to work on this engine now, this seems like a good start! Thanks!

Look in my file. I think i found all limiters for Rail pressure, but i can be wrong. I do not attempt to increase pressure because my friend has installations "chip box" and he did not want to delete it.

Those limiters are not enough, i logged and couldnt go more than 1400 bar.
I did another file with many limiters increase and now i can have 1400 1410 rail pressure, 90mm3 fuel and 2500 mbar turbo absolute pressure. Looks like everything is ok :)
What do you think about swirl flaps ? I mean for driveability and economy in lov revs especially.

Swirl flaps in Mercedes are doing a lot of problems with power. Poor design. On the economics do not think to have an impact. They are intended to improve engine input to a higher speed by temporarily closing, better mixing of fuel and air in the combustion chamber. Personally, I did not feel a significant difference with disabled or enabled swirl flaps.

Great then :) But this better mixing in intake, will not help for economy or engine response ?
