I'm on a project with a buddy's rs4 B5 with ecu me7.1.1
And i'm stuck.

We read the ecu in boot mode. All fine. So before tuning we wrote the original back to the car. Still everything ok. Put the ecu back, started the car and everyrhing worked fine. We modded the original file, checksums were corrected and file was 100% ok.

Wrote the file in boot mode but there it goes wrong. Every time i write to the ecu, it stops at 8% and gives an error message.

If i write the ori back the car starts and goes fine. So the ecu isn't bricked.

Can someone give me some advice. I use a galletto for read and write.

wich galletto did you use?
do you have mpps?

and upload file then we can check.

The car was read with a Galletto v54 EU. Sadly i don't have an mpps. If i'm sure it works with mpps i would be willing to buy one.

The first file is what was read from the car (Rs4).



The second one is this same file that has been modded. I had someone on an other forum verify it, and he told me it checked out ok.

heb je de china clone? ik heb hier ook een me7 ecu liggen en ik hou de boot er 15 secondens op en dan loopt hij in een keer door ;)
ik heb je file even gecheck in mijn winols en hij zegt dat er 9 checks niet goed waren... heb ze gecorrect zodat je hem kan proberen ;)
mpps werkt beter met me ecu.

Hoe bedoel je, je houd de boot er 15 sec op.


Pin 24, 15 sec met de aarding verbinden?

We proberen nogmaals en ik laat je weten als het succesvol was.

daarna de tune file schrijven.
