Limiting RPM via engine temperature

Hi guys, i was wondering is any way to limit RPM in map so car wont go above 3000rpm while temperature is below 63°C?

I was loking but nothing came up...

The car is Seat Ibiza 1.9 tdi and ecu EDC15P++

You'll just need to enable the temperature dependant smoke limiter and 0 all after 3000rpm and set the desired temperature

So... I use vagedc15p+ software and activate multi smoke limiters.. it popup up 2 new maps -20 and 40 degrese celzius so.. in this 2 maps i need to 0-it all values from 3000-5000rpm???

May I ask you why do you need this kind of solution? Some kind of component protection for cold engine? SOI limiter map is temperature based and SOI is used to select injector duration map. Maybe you could modify SOI limiter so that only two lower duration maps are used and modify duration maps to limit rpms. In normal conditions these lower duration maps are not used for over 3000rpm anyways.
