Golf 5 1.9TDI PD Bkc

Postby drek555 » Mon May 01, 2017 8:00 pm

Hello,

This is one of few of my tries of remap. I am still a beginer. But i read a lot of stuff, but the learning has just began.
Adding excel tables of changed maps and logs.
I tuned only 2200rpm and up, for normal driving i would prefer stock map. There is a little bit of smoke behind the car. Is it safe to increase boost any more?
Could you please tell me you opinion. Still want to eliminate the boost spike in the near of 2000 rpm. Which is there from stock.

Thank you very much!
Cheers, M

Adding .bin and .ols files.
Also could anyone tell me, wether torque limits arent too high?
How much HP would such map produce without changing SOI and Duration.

Greets!

1) you can't(you can but it's really bad) calculate Smoke Maps with %... you need to choose your desidered Air Fuel Ratio and recalculate the right Injection Quantity
2) IQ to NM is decalibrated like that (not really a problem, but still)
3)the boost pike is normal... the pid controller adjust the n75 valve correctly if you don't decalibrate maps
4)I think you can go up to 2300-2350 mbar without problems
5)Soi and durations untouched, 60mg should be ur IQ limit without these... With stock injectors you can go up to 65-70mg before going too low with EOI

Thank you for your comment!

How do you mean decalibrated iq/nm map? Because i changed x-axis with 350 instead of 358? Or because i didnt increase iq through the complete rpm range? Which pressure is correct in log (actual or specified)

Please anyone else feel free to comment ;)

I checked again and i didnt see all the IQ to NM changes you did in the excel.. it was fine :D

Actual is boost pressure
Specified is Requested boost from Boost map
