P.S. just noticed you were having trouble with the MAP sensor linearization map...you need to take into account the allowable error of the sensor, if you do logs, you will notice that at the same pressure, slightly different voltages occur. if you include all these factors, it works out correctly

Don't just look at MAP for the voltage, take into account the fact that the charge air is being measured for temp at the same sensor. cold air with 250kpa = higher voltage
hot air with 250kpa = lower voltage

somewhere is a conversion factor which i have yet to find

If it is Euro 4 engine, only a small number of people have found solution, and they are not willing to share

Have you had any EML or limp mode since turning all the EGR duty cycle maps to maximum?

I rewrote the original map ... is much better with it
Yes, I received error P 0405 and think times aren't identified well folios times has some limitations because the car doesn't pull OFF the EGR, no shows and no real power cruis control does not work normally

Hi there, I am looking for some advice... my map seems to be different and when I try to open it - can't find any familiar adresses. Any help?

zok wrote:633be, 63410, 63462 and 634b4 all set to 100 mg/str.

646c4, 647e0, 648fc and 64a18 all raised to 100 mg/str above 2000 rpm, full throttle.

64b96 set to 105 mg/str.

659c4 set to 105 mg/str.

wish maps (673e2, 67534 and 67686) reach 106-110 mg/str up to 4600 rpm

Smoke map modified, it is not resticting injection that low.

TL/Gear (680ec) - 2nd gear 96 mg/str, 3rd-6th 105 mg/str.

68726 very similar to 680ec.

68876 (10x10) - WTF is that? I've been limited to 55.451714 mg/str (3552 * 0,0155?) up to 2500 rpm, and to 69.781929 mg/str above 2500 rpm... Then I raised the lower part a bit, and now I am limited to 69,8 mg/str 1300-4500 rpm. Could be. Will try tommorrow.

TL (691AA) goes up to 90,5 mg/str (@3000 rpm)

69242 - all set to 105 mg/str

6938c - all raised for 70% (98 mg/str); I know percent tuning is not a good option, but I don't know exactly what this map does. What does its Y axis represent (0, 100, 600, 1000, 2000)? X axis (500, 700, 900, 1000, 1100) looks like atmospheric pressure to me - am I correct?

693da set to 90-105 mg/str

694b2 - all set to 105 mg/str

6b4dc (Iq/Tq conversion) extended to go up to 560 Nm (104-116 mg/str - calculated from upper values)

Beside that, air supply maps and limiters have also been modded.

Still searching on...

Could You describe what adress is a what map, and what factors are?
Thanks
