Ford focus EDC16C34 dpf off

I have an EDC16C34 ford focus 16TDCi. Somone already disable the dpf but I still has the fluid level low warning on dash.I remove the FACM and now I have communication error (U0118).

How would be a proper removal of this? Attached is the file that is now on ecu.

You have a second solution for this, fill the additive tank with fuel (diesel) , reconnect ecu additive, and the error will go.
