Focus MK2 ST 2.5 ME9 Launch control

Postby WillP » Thu Sep 21, 2017 11:20 am

Hi guys,

We currently have a 2006 Focus MK2 ST 2.5t track car in that requires launch control/2 step But I am having trouble with trying to get it to work right..

The first thing which doesn't help is I can't seem to find any damos for this car and the ME9 ecu. I wanted to find, when stationary and clutch pressed, the RPM becomes limited but the fuel and boost drops off so wanted to find where these addresses are to try and achieve a kind of launch control. But having no luck so far :(

Can anyone shed any light with this at all?

Thanks

UPDATE

After spending time with the Damos, I figured it out for a launch limiter that works on the clutch pedal and it works beautifully :)

It is all on here for you

http://www.ecuedit.com/launch-control-t4935

If you have the damos then it's a doddle!

The stock clutch pedal rpm limiter on these is actually called

'Max engine speed for transmission protection' NMAXTRP

@WillP - did you get it to build boost on the line like an antilag system
