Egr off on edc16c7

Can someone help me or tell me why my egr is sometimes reporting P0404?
Egr is closed in excaust valve recyrculation map by putting all values to the max.
Should I do something more to close egr?

Here is tuned map.

EDC15c7 is this one and this one is tuned(stock 115hp).

I asked earlier for edc16c8 which is all stock except egr is closed :)
