EGR Off 2.7 HDI Siemens Sid 201

Hi guys,
I am having trouble with the egr's on this car.
DTC rear MAF
I closed them with swiftec but the car hesitates under load.
The DTC stays away thow.
Now I would like to try the switch methode
I have got the sw and hw to program but some help would be great.

Hi,
about hesitation of the engine, there could be problem on crankshaft.
Do you have noise when you strat the engine for few seconds?
And under the load you feel little vibrations? Check your oil if there is any metal in it...those engines are crap due to bad bearings.
So about hesitation i am not sure you will solve it with this.
It can be anything.

About egr, here you go:

Disconnect egr electric plugs:

2 EGR switches
Button for EGR-controller activation
Button for back up EGR strategy
Few error codes

here is file, correct checksum with programmer as i did not correct it.

Hi and thanks for the info and the file.
The engine runs very smooth and silent with original sw.
Just had some problems with the rear maf sensor due to the egr malfunction witch is probably very dirty.
She has done 235k km and runs only highway 140km per day.

I will try your file and report back asap.

:) peugeot done 470.000km and i parked it, now i have it for spare parts. In meantime i had alfa 159 2.4jtdm, done 290hp on it.
Alfa sold last week now i have same engine as you have. P407 coupe ;) you do not need to test file - just write it and disconnect egr plugs.

Nice going on your cars.
I saw you used the 2008 sw, is that the same as 2006?
I have to encorperate the switches into my tuned file :D
I'll send it to you by PM to have a look.

If you still need from complete FULL EGR OFF solution plugs disconnected, contact me.

I do not know what the problem in this post is, but if you take a look few posts before,
full egr off is posted by me already - by switches and plugs disconnected.
