Postby sinan33 » Fri Sep 05, 2014 5:17 pm

Hi!
I would like to make egr off on a VW Amarok 180 hp BiTdi car.
But, i can't find any switch or hysteresis maps related to EGR.
Would anyone please help me about egr off on this file?

Thank you, but are you sure that they are egr related maps?

For EDC17CP14 it works, change this maps to zero and try it. You will see it with VCDS if it work.
I have changed this on my A4 CAGA and i drive since 9 months

closing egr only with hysteresis maps,
wont help if electromagnetic valve on
egr dies and makes circuit error.

even if now all is ok,
in future when it does die, you will have dtc and limp.
