EDC15P ecu blocked

Postby gazdagattila » Sun Oct 02, 2016 10:15 am

Hello, I have an Audi a3 1.9tdi 96kw with Bosh EDC15P ecu. I tryed to tune it but i think i messed up the checksum, i'm using Fgtech Galetto. If i try to read the ecu with pin 24 grounded and resetet as i read and using driver audi-a3-edc15p it reads it to 28% then stops.
If i try to use any Boot Tool in the drivers it wont even start.
Can anyone tell me what to do? how to write the original file back or how to read is properly?
I tried via OBD and i tried with Pin out:
4-5 to ground
2 +12v
36 +12v
16 -k line(i haave on galetto k-low, k-high, but o dont have K-line) i tried them all.

Thank you

Sorry it was conected to pin 37 i wrote wrong.
So... If i reset it on pin 24 to gnd and deconect pin from gnd. reading goes to 28% and stops.
if i connect pin 24 to gnd and dont disconect it before reading it says ecu number not found like in picture.
I use the driver from the picture.
What i'm doing wrong?
Thank you for your reply i am stuggleing with this ecu for 4 days.

i think this is the best option for you.to proper read it and write after you will need a good programmer like Galep-5
