Thank You.
This algoritm:
Connect pin 24 29f400 to GND.
Power ON ECU.
After 3-5 sec disconnect pin 24 from GND.
Connect Galleto socket.
Start Galleto program.
Select AUDI.
In Driver go to bottom and find AUDI WV ME7.x.x 29f400BB PIN 24 FLASH A MASSA
Press ECU DATA button and check answer.
If you see "Boot mode inactive" you have Galleto USB driver trouble. Often this is conflict Galleto USB driver and drivers from other program for virtual USB COM port. Tray to uninstall all other USB COM drivers.
If you see EEPROM ident all OK.
First read flash few time and binary compare files for check connection stability. If OK - you can write.
is work.
Block EDC15C7 Hyundai Tucson.

Ok i solve this problem a week after i post here.
What i did was disconect the battery cables from the battery for 24h and keep the key in position 3 (ignition on).
After that, i connect the cables and open and close the car without taking the key off the ignition, then i remove a 10A fuse from the OBD circuit and tried to write and it works perfectly 8-)

Try take off the fuse nr 11, its the fuse from OBD/ABS/Tacho, etc. After that turn ignition on and try to ID the ECU with mpps. If it ID's try to write the original map on it. If it starts programming you're on lucky, if not, try to do what i said on my preveous reply, is all explained ;)

the thing with boot mode is that it does not always work.
best way to recover is to desolder the chip and flash it on the bench.
