I saw things like this before, but this is even worse.
I once disassembled an old porsche engine, where the piston decided to go to war with all the valves.
One of the valve heads was hammered off, played pingpong in the cylinder and finally cut a hole into the piston.
Looked quite similar, but with a completely different reason. :D
