Dump for Opel AutoScanner or OPCOM

Postby KillMe3 » Tue Sep 02, 2014 11:45 am

Hi Guys,

i've an old FT232R UART VAG COM Interface.
My neighbours ECU is damaged and i want to replace the ECU for him, because he is very poor.

To help him, i thougt to buy an ECU and code the immo. But for this i need an OPCOM Interface or the Opel Autoscanner Interface.

First i tried out to write the dump of the OPCOM interface. But this ist not possible because the OPCOM has an FT232RL Chip and my chip is an FT232R.

But i think its possible to write the DUMP of an Opel Autoscanner Interface.

It would be grateful if you can help me, so i can help the poor neighboor.

Best Regards

Following file in attachement can be used with a KL-cable, I don't know about the capabilities of the program to work with or adjust the immobilizer of the car you're dealing with. You can give it a try..

Opel Scanner 2005

The program is intended for diagnostics of Opel cars from 1997 to 2004 and Works with KL adapter.

The program only works with COM 1, so consider this when you connect.
Connect the K-line diagnostic systems (engine, ABS), to different terminals (follow the prompts).

Program features:

engine diagnostics (reading and erasing errors);
diagnostics ECU ABS;
immobilizer;
airbags;
...

Good luck!
