Diagnostic with galleto

I got fgtech v54 galleto cable and obd.
Is it possible to diagnose preferably in live the car with this hardware?
If so what software is recommended

neither original Galletto nor clone will diagnose your cars, it is a ECU programming device, not a diagnostic system
