I Have borrowed a MPPS V13 from a friend to defap my Peugeot 807 2.2 HDI.
I find softwares to read/write ecu, but nothing to read/reset error codes.
Do I need to get another dungle (EML321/diagTool) to do so?

Mpps not you can read errors.
For a diagnosis you have other equipment.
For Peugeot is best Proxi
