Hi all,
i was made my first remap of my Citroen Xsara HDi90 to e.g. 110ps/245nm.
I was upgraded:
-a little Driver wish to better response from accelerator (70mm3)
-Torque Limiter
-Temp Limiters
- Smoke Limiter (AFR is minimally 16,5:1 in smoke MAP at full load and again limited by torque limiter, I hope, that no smoke)
- rail presuure from 1350 to 1400bar
- rail pressure duty valve to 60% / e.q. 1400 Bar
- rail pressure limiter increased to 1400 Bar
- 5x svrpl to 1400 Bar
- Duration axis not touched and leave to 120 mm3, i mean, that is not needed to recalculate
- SOI recalculate according new IQ and extend axis to 65mm3 (EOI mostly keep at orig value max 10*ATDC at 2000rpm, 6,9*ATDC at 4000rpm)
- pilot injection updated according new SOI
- SOI limiter - IQ axis extended and values increased according newly SOI.
