Bricked Visteon 2S7A-12A650-AFB Ford Mondeo 1.8tdci 2002

Hi All,
I tried to read the above ECU and it failed at 9%. Subsequently it got unreadable and lost the ability to be communicated with. Does anyone know if this one supports bot mode? If not what chip should I look for to disolder? Is anyone in possesion of an original bin file ?
Urgent help will be much appreciated.

Problem solved. For anyone interested K-TAG did the job.
