Here (http://fiatecuscan.software.informer.com/) says elm327 bluetooh is not recomended for fiatecuscan ? any problem if I use bluetooth ?

MultiEcuScan (the newer version of FiatEcuScan) works fine with the Bluetooth interface. However, keep in mind that the Bluetooth signal works best at close range and direct sight between the devices.

Better use cable link ... if you use bluetooth stay in close range (very close)

This is no longer correct. There is a new diagnostic tool for ELM327 Bluetooth/WiFi, called CLAP, where you can roll your own diagnostic, theoretically for any car supporting KWP2000 or CAN bus. There are only two limitations - speed of the ELM327 adapter, and used car protocol knowledge.
For Renault cars you can get all info for given model from DDT200 database.
