Audi 2.5 TDI map question

Postby mgor » Tue Aug 12, 2014 3:06 pm

Hello,

I have a question to attached files:

The original file is from A4 2.5 TDI 163hp (org).

tun1 is made by a professional tuner (i dont know :silent: ). I need your opinion to this file...

The main intresting is for the maps: CE45C and CE58A.

Why he has changed the values of this map???

I have no idea, why he changed these maps.

My opinion (maybe absolutly wrong?!) the 2 maps are only the start up maps for the engine. It shows the start up rounds of engine (starter) (y) and temperature (x).

If the starter turn to less (e.g. 60rpm) at warm engine (e.g. 50°C) the ecm doesnt injecting and the engine doesnt start.

The tuner changed useless values in this map. (tun1)

My opinion: I have changed the values (tun2, maybe also useless ;) ):
1. I set the changed values to original.
2. I set the values from 80rpm starting turns from 20°C to 100°C.

Now (maybe Iam absolutly on wrong way), because 2,5 TDIs dont have a hot-start-Problem. And the changed values are also useless.

Now I need your opinion for tun1 (to the hole file), maybe there are more useless or dangerous changed values there. please tell me your opinion to the 2 maps : CE45C and CE58A

sorry for my bad english. :eh:
