All about how to remove FAP and DPF filters

2 important DPF questions:

Postby lyecon » Wed Nov 22, 2017 4:50 pm

1) isn't this topic banned by the rules ecuedit-rules in some jurisdictions?

2) Isn't the topic redundant when you can happily burn out the DPF with just few drops of Eolys 176 added to the diesel fuel? (20ccm per tank)

3) if the DPF plugs that much, isn't it time to correct the injection system to a good state, so that you don't waste fuel to create the soot?

4) if the engine smokes a lot randomly, like on the new cars, or if it is Sir Smokesalot, is it not the time to correct the setting or tell off Bosch for supplying defective software/hardware as standard?

I just can't understand cars on the road that puff out lots of black soot, yet, visibly offer no real acceleration advantage at all! Do those drivers really love cancer that much?

I'd like to hear an opinion on this.
