Hi Eric,

Driver Wish: I would only raise 100% and 85% columns.
Torque Limiter: You raised nearly the whole map by 30% --> way too much torque at low rpm!
EGR: not completely deactivated

Smoke limiter, Boost limiter and Boost map: ok

It´s not necessary to touch SOI and pump voltage maps.

When you edit your map, keep the following "rule" mind: Driver Wish > Smoke limiter > Torque limiter

Regards
Simon

silenttune - the car is running very good now but i still get the rough idle when cold

Simon thank you for your feedback
I will do the changes to the fuel maps like you said

Now i have a concern about the egr map

VAG EDC suite is pulling up my egr map as being this weird map that does not look like an egr map (Please check picture attached).
But then looking around in the file i came across a map that does look like an egr map (address: 347726)

Now the question is what is the so called egr map that edc suite is picking up. should i change that one too or just leave it alone and worry about the one at (address: 347726)?

As for EGR delete i was not really looking at a full egr delete as i live in Canada and it gets pretty cold this time of the year and wanted to help get the car faster up to temperature. Please let me know what it can be done about this

Did you also have rough idle with the original map?

Yeah it did...but after changing the map at address (address: 347726) the actual egr map to 8500 to off completely it does not idle rough anymore so thats fixed.

But i still dont know what this map that EDC suite is picking up as my EGR map.

I uploaded the latest file with the egr-off. That seems to run good

Yes i did. I was using the wrong map for the EGR to turn it off. the one that VAGEDC suite picks up for my ecu is the wrong one. You have to search a similar one that is not picked up by VAGEDC suite

I recommend to use Dynamic EGR MAP that can help you to have EGR_OFF when coolant reaches more then 70 degrees.
